You cannot place a bulk order at the VizagGifts.in website directly. In case you require more than 10 pcs you can email us at serve@VizagGifts.in
In case of flowers and cakes, pictures are representative of the composition of the product and some times, the design of the actual product may slightly differ from what is shown on the website. since flowers & cakes decoration are handmade designs may slightly vary from master to master, still work hard to replicate designs on our website as far as possible. there might be variations at times, particularly in smaller towns where production equipment & tools are limited.

All other products are delivered as shown on the website. As most of our catalog is made up of unique and designer products, the quantity is always limited. Hence, in case, we run out of the product you ordered, we will get in touch with you to help you with a suitable alternative.
Yes we gift wrap all gift items, gift warping will be done as per occasion. we do not gift wrap perishable items like cakes and flowers.
Our delivery all major towns in Andhra Pradesh, you can check delivery possibility by typing city name during order process.
Yes we do deliver exactly on selected date, but we dont give guarantee about fixed time delivery, still we try hard to meet the customer requirement. for fixed time delivery order should be placed 24 hrs in advance.
Midnight & fixed time deliveries should be placed 24 hours in advance. If you want to surprise your loved one at 12:00 am on 14th, then you need to select 13th as the delivery date and Midnight delivery as the delivery option.
No you can not place order as Guest, account creation is compulsory at VizagGifts.in. We do not take accept annomours orders.
The recipients address and phone number are mandatory information for placing the order. This is required so that our delivery can coordinate with the recipient and deliver your gift without hassle & mistakes also for seamless delivery of your gift.
In addition, you are required to sign up once on our website with your proper email id and phone number. We suggest that for frictionless communication, you keep this information updated on our website. In case receiver do not responds we will contact you for additional information if required, so that your gift will be reached with out hassle..
For Non Perishable Products:
if item broken, damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement/return, which will take 3 - 5 days to be re-delivered at the recipient's address.*
For "Hand Delivered Products (flowers cakes & Sweets etc )
There are no replacements/return allowed as the products are perishable. In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, you can ask for a replacement, which will be done within 24 hours.*.
There is no replacement for hand delivered items like Flowers, Cakes, Sweets or Chocolates
